House Rules HARIO B2B Webshop

  1. There is no minimum order amount in the B2B webshop.

  2. Our products have a standard warranty period of two years (barring glass products).

  3. We believe customer satisfaction is extremely important.
    For this reason, in the rare case that a product malfunctions, or is otherwise not up to our high standards, we expect our B2B partners to swiftly provide their customers with a replacement unit.
    Once this has happened, please contact us to internally resolve the issue. If a product is demonstrably malfunctioning upon delivery, we will of course replace these items.

  4. This B2B web shop is currently only available for customers within select countries, and only available for registered customers. Please refrain from sharing access and information with third parties.

  5. We are always open for suggestions regarding marketing or events in order to further improve HARIO's brand recognition among customers.
    If you have any great ideas or projects you wish to work on with us, please contact us!

  6. We offer OEM (customised) products. For example, if you want the logo of your company on a dripper, or want certain product parts in your brand colours.
    Please contact us for more information about MOQs, terms and conditions, and prices.

  7. Please be aware that we do not allow drop-shipping. We only allow for one shipping address per customer. Please contact us directly if you need to change your regular shipping address.

Available items

We will continuously add new items to this web shop, so if an item you are interested in is not currently listed, please contact us and we will try to add it as soon as possible.

Shipping

Our warehouse ships out orders during business days.

The Netherlands:
Orders up to €299,99 have a shipping fee of €6,95. Orders of €300 and over are eligible for free shipping.
Denmark:
A standard shipping fee of €35,00 is applicable for all orders. Orders are shipped from The Netherlands and can take up to 4-5 working days to arrive.
Sweden:
A standard shipping fee of €41,00 is applicable for all orders. Orders are shipped from The Netherlands and can take up to 4-5 working days to arrive.
Finland, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia:
A standard shipping fee of €41,00 is applicable for all orders. Orders are shipped from The Netherlands and can take up to 4-5 working days to arrive in Croatia and Slovenia, 6-7 working days to arrive in Finland, or up to 14 days to Greece.

Order invoice

You can download the invoice for your order directly from your account. Click the account icon at the top right of the page, and then download the invoice from the 'My orders' section.

Order quantities

As you may have already seen, we offer quantity discounts on our products. Prices vary by:
- single item
- half carton
- full carton

You can find the amount of items in one carton listed under the product information on each product page.
Discounts will be applied during checkout.
